Vita, inspired by Aristotle's philosophy, explores unique perspectives on consciousness, the body's information, human connection, and the power within these connections. Vita, not being a traditional clinical practice, proves to be an exciting source of new understandings and has demonstrated significant potential in practice.

We look forward to presenting Vita here at the Nordic Congress for the first time ever.

Vita originates from Aristotle's philosophy, as well as from various philosophical and psychological understandings. Still, Vita differs from its origin, and therefore we will present to you:

1.                  The assumption that "being" separate from "being aware” and demonstrates how to calibrate between "being" and "being aware".

2.                  The assumption that the body offers information that makes a difference and demonstrates how we, through Vita, can access this information.

3.                  The assumption that human being in a greater extent is sensory connected, and through Vita we will demonstrate the interconnection of humans.

4.                  And the assumption that there is great power that lies in the interconnections, and we will demonstrate how Vita in practice dissolves the painful in life and how this contributes to greater vitality.

Vita is not a classic clinical practice; it invites to new and interesting understandings and has in practice shown to have great potential. Therefore, we are looking forward to presenting Vita, and hope that Vita will be a great inspiration to all of you.
